Herzlichen Glückwunsch an die Topplatzierten!
In der OV-Wertung liegt der OV S07 2025 wieder deutlich hinter den Ortsverbänden U14 und V22.
Im Gegensatz zu 2024 besteht aber noch die Chance auf einen 3. Platz.
Ältester deutscher Teilnehmer war der 104-jährige Franz, DL2AXM, aus Altenburg. Er fuhr 126 QSOs.
Franz gehört zu den wenigen noch lebenden Funkamateuren, die noch aus der Anfangszeit
des DDR-Amateurfunks berichten können. Sein erstes Rufzeichen DM2AXM erhielt er 1955.
Meine Letzte Begenung mit ihm hatte ich 1960 zum Europatreffen der Funkamateure in Leipzig,
an dem auch Ernst Krenkel, RAEM, teilnahm.

The last real VHF multi-op contest activation by DM7A (S07) took place seven years ago.
But after a break of several years, the May contest 2025 was held again from the Hirtstein Hill (JO60OM)
with the following participants: DH5FS, DM3JAN, DK3IP, DL6DVU, DG0LFF and DD5VL.

The Saxon Mountain Competition 2024 ended on New Year's Eve
with a slight decline in the number of participants.
12 participants from the local brunch S07 submitted a log:

Volker DL6DVU became mountain king on both 2m + 70cm and on 23cm.
Hartmut. DG2DWL achieved an excellent 2nd place on 23cm.
On 13cm, DL6DVU and DG2DWL took a very good 3rd and 4th place, respectively.
In the category above 13cm, Norbert, DL4DTU takes an excellent 2nd place ahead of Hartmut, DG2DWL.

CQ World Wide 160-Meter Contest CW: DL3JAN, DM3F, and SO5CW (DJ5CW) #6 in SP.
